There are several policies that users must consider if they wish to view or use Teesside Archives material.

• Copyright Declaration:
(You will need to fill this form in prior to making digital copies of material in the searchroom.)
• Collections Development Policy:
Outlines the collection development policy followed by Teesside Archives.
• Collection Care Policy:
Outlines the criteria for preservation/conservation of material within the collections.
• Conservation Policy:
Outlines the principles and practices observed in the Conservation workshop.
